OnlyFans agency percentage: what chatting costs
Published percentage rates for chatting run from 12.5% to 50% across 14 agencies; the median midpoint is 23%. The bigger difference is the basis: some charge on total net, some only on messages and tips, one only on growth above a baseline. Hourly services start at $5 an hour plus 3%, flat plans at $990 a month.

What is the fee charged on: net, gross or only messages?
The basis changes the bill more than a few percentage points. Total net is everything the platform pays out; “messages and tips” leaves your subscription income out; a growth basis charges only on revenue above your earlier average. On $10,000 of fan spending, 25% of gross is $2,500, 25% of net is $2,000 and 25% of messages and tips is about $1,400. The net vs gross guide walks through the maths.
Are there hourly or flat-fee chatting services?
Yes. ChatterService publishes $5 per hour plus 3% commission, and FansChatters sells flat monthly plans per account from $990 (4 hours a day) to $4,690 (24/7). They suit creators who want to manage chatters themselves; compare both routes in the chatter vs agency calculator.
Are there extra fees on top of the percentage?
31 of 43 agencies state there are no setup, upfront or hidden fees. Ask the rest in writing; the 12 questions include the exact wording to ask for.
