What an OnlyFans chatting agency actually does
A chatting agency runs your OnlyFans or Fansly inbox: it replies to fans in your voice, sells PPV messages, sends mass messages and handles custom requests, usually around the clock. It charges a share of revenue, typically 12.5–50% on published rates. You keep the content, the login and the payouts, if the contract is fair.

What does an OnlyFans chatter do?
An OnlyFans chatter answers the fans who message your account, in your voice, and turns conversations into sales of PPV messages, tips and custom content. Chatters keep notes on each fan, remember what they bought and when they last wrote, follow up with fans who went quiet and send mass messages to lists. A chatting agency employs or contracts those chatters, covers shifts around the clock and is responsible for quality.
Most of those searches come from people looking for chatter jobs, which is a different topic. This guide is written for creators who are deciding whether to hand their inbox to someone else.

How does a chatting agency work, step by step?
A chatting agency usually works in four steps: an onboarding call, a written brief, access through a team tool, and live chatting with regular reports. In the brief you describe your tone, the words you use and avoid, your prices and your limits. Access should come through team access or a CRM such as Infloww, which you can revoke, not through your password; see the tools chatting teams use. After going live, a good agency reports at a fixed rhythm on revenue, conversations and what it changed.
How much does a chatting agency cost?
Published chat rates run from 12.5% to 50% across 14 agencies, and the basis matters as much as the number. Some charge on total net, some on messages and tips only, and one only on growth above your earlier baseline. Hourly services start at $5 an hour plus 3%. The cost overview lists every published price, and the cost calculator applies them to your own numbers.
Is a chatting agency the same as an OnlyFans management agency?
No. A chatting agency only runs your inbox, while a management agency also runs traffic, marketing and often content planning, and usually charges 25–60% of net. If your traffic already works and you mainly lose sales in the inbox, chatting alone is often enough. The chatting vs full management guide helps you decide.
What should stay with you when an agency chats for you?
Your login, two-factor access, payouts and content should stay with you in every chatting deal. Only 16 of the 43 agencies we checked state in writing that your login stays solely with you, and 23 state that payouts go directly to you. Read the 12 questions to ask before you sign and compare agencies in the chatting agency table.
Do chatting agencies use AI?
Some do. 10 agencies state that only people write messages, others disclose AI assistance, and 3 sell AI chatting as a product. The AI vs human chatters page lists the exact wording of each agency.
