Chatting only, or full OnlyFans management?
Pick a chatting agency if you already have traffic and content and mainly lose sales in the inbox. Pick full management if you also need growth, marketing and leak protection. Chat-only rates run 12.5–50%; full management usually costs 25–60% of net. Both should leave login and payouts with you, in writing.

What is the difference between a chatting agency and OnlyFans management?
A chatting agency runs only your inbox; an OnlyFans management agency runs the whole business, including traffic, marketing, content planning and often leak protection. Many creators search for management when what they need is better chatting, because that is where most earning accounts lose money.

When is chatting alone enough?
Chatting alone is enough when you already have steady traffic and content and your inbox is the bottleneck: fans write, but nobody answers at night, PPV goes out as the same mass message, and big spenders are not followed up. In that situation a chatting agency with a published rate of 12.5–50% is usually cheaper than full management. Check the agencies that publish their prices.
When do you need full management?
You need full management when traffic, not the inbox, is the problem: few new subscribers, no social media plan, no time to post. Management usually costs 25–60% of net because it includes marketing work. If you also want leak removal, it is usually part of management, not chatting.
What does each option cost on $10,000 net a month?
On $10,000 net a month, a chat-only deal at 20% of net costs $2,000, while full management at 40% of net costs $4,000. If the chat agency charges only on messages and tips, and 70% of your net comes from them, 20% costs $1,400. Run your own numbers in the cost calculator.
Should the login and payouts stay with you in both cases?
Yes, in both models your login, two-factor access and payouts should stay with you, and the agency should work through team access you can revoke. Ask for it in writing; the 12 questions before you sign show how, and the switching guide shows why it matters on exit.
Can I start with chatting and add management later?
Yes, and it is often the safer order: start with chatting, measure what changes in messages and tips for two or three months, then decide whether marketing is the next bottleneck. Choose an agency with no minimum term so you can change course.
