Why does the minimum term matter?
A chatting agency earns from your inbox every month; without a minimum term it has to keep earning your business. A fixed 6- or 12-month term with an exit fee is the most common trap in creator contracts. 34 of the 43 reviewed agencies publish that there is none.

What happens to commission after I leave?
Some contracts keep charging commission on fans the agency “brought in”, sometimes for months. Only 11 of the agencies on this list state that no commission is due after the end: White Door Management, Fan Fusion, FantasyRise, OnModelStudios, Lumina Connect, CHATTER24.
