The software behind chatting teams
Most chatting agencies run your inbox through a CRM such as Infloww, Supercreator or OnlyMonster. These tools add shared inboxes, fan notes and sales stats, and let you grant and revoke team access without sharing your password. Ask which one an agency uses, who owns the fan notes and how access ends.

What does a chatting CRM do?
A chatting CRM gives a team one shared inbox for your account, with fan notes, spend history, saved messages and sales statistics. It also logs which chatter sent what, which helps with quality control and with the weekly report.
Do I have to give my password to use a CRM?
No. The CRM connects your account and the agency is invited as a team; you can remove the team at any time. That is why the Chat Score rewards agencies that state your login stays solely with you.
Who owns the fan notes in the CRM?
Ask before you start. Fan notes are valuable when you switch, and some agencies keep them in their own workspace. The switching guide explains how to get them out.
Can a CRM replace a chatter?
No. CRMs add automation and AI suggestions, but deciding what to send to which fan is still the chatter's job. If automation matters to you, read the AI vs human page.
What should I ask an agency about its tools?
Ask which CRM it uses, who owns the workspace and notes, how access ends, and whether any automation sends messages without a person. Add these to the 12 questions and compare answers in the table.
